rights, through the policy of prevention of labor and sexual harassment, which will establish protocols to prevent, typify, investigate and resolve conflicts within the organization.<\/p><p><strong>SCOPE OF APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p><p>This policy applies to all interested parties that interact with the company Frigorifico de la Costa S.A.S.<\/p><p><strong>POLICIES<\/strong><\/p><p>FRIGORIFICO DE LA COSTA S.A.S, seeks to generate a healthy, safe and adequate work environment for those who work in it; therefore, promotes a work environment that prevents harassment at work, with the participation of employees from their responsibility. Therefore, it establishes the following guidelines:<\/p><ul><li>All employees have the right to work in an environment free of all forms of discrimination and conduct that may be considered harassment, limitation or alteration.<\/li><li>For its part, the company is committed to preventing and minimizing harassment at work and defending the right of all employees to be treated with dignity at work.
