Frigorífico de la Costa S.A.S. is committed with the compliance of good practices in the anti-corruption and anti-bribery plan as follows:

  1. It is strictly forbidden for collaborators to receive or offer money and/or gifts to suppliers, public officials, users, media and other stakeholders.
  2. All employees, suppliers, contractors and other related parties who use tangible and intangible assets of Coosalud are responsible for their proper use. The assets should only be used for purposes strictly related to work towards the fulfillment of the Company’s objectives
  3. For those contractual relationships identified with a high level of risk, such as outsourced services, among others that are considered critical, clauses that follow these guidelines must be included in the contracts.

Audit: Frigorífico de la Costa S.A.S. reserves the right to audit and/or evaluate all processes of the supplier involved in the execution of the contract. The Company’s auditors will have access to the information they require and to the supplier’s facilities when necessary.
Anti-corruption and Anti-bribery: Any conduct of corruption and bribery between the parties is prohibited. Failure to comply with the anti-corruption and anti-bribery guidelines defined in the Code of Conduct of Frigorífico de la Costa S.A.S. shall constitute a cause for immediate termination of the contract.
Frigorifico de la Costa S.A.S. has a policy of keeping records and accounts that accurately and precisely reflect the Company’s transactions. Employees may not modify or delete records to hide improper actions, which is considered a serious act of fraud.

This Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy applies to all employees and their relationship with third parties that compromise the company. As well as practitioners, consultants, and related third parties, understanding that all are representatives of the Company and as such exercise custody of the reputation. In certain circumstances it applies to the company’s target public, when so agreed or agreed.
