Gender Equity Policies
1. OBJECTIVE
Establish the guidelines that promote gender equity in the company
Frigorifico de la Costa S.A.S., ensuring equal opportunities for each employee,
suppliers, customers or any interested party.
2. FIELD OF APPLICATION
This policy applies to all interested parties that interact with the
company Frigorifico de la Costa S.A.S.
3. POLICIES
In compliance with the law 1257 of 2008 and particularly the Regulatory
Decree of the Labor sector 4463 of 2011, the company Frigorifico de la Costa
S.A.S. determines:
- Promote gender equality and equity in companies as a
strategic element for competitiveness. - Identify and reduce gender gaps through the
promotion and adoption of labor practices and policies without gender bias. - Promote the redistribution of social roles,
involving women in traditionally male workplaces and vice versa. - Impact personnel with measures to reconcile work,
family and personal life, encouraging the redistribution of roles in the home
with co-responsibility. - Promote a cultural transformation, where the work of
men and women is valued equally and their contribution to the sustainable
development of the country is recognized.
