1. OBJECTIVE

Establish the guidelines that promote social responsibility in the company Refrigerator of the Coast. S.A.S., guaranteeing respect, labor equality, an optimal organizational culture for each employee, suppliers, clients or any interested party.

 2. FIELD OF APPLICATION

This policy applies to all interested parties that interact with the company Refrigerator of the Coast S.A.S.

3. POLICY

Refrigerator of the Coast is committed to:

1. Maintain ethical behavior, respect the interests of the interested parties, respect the principle of legality, international regulations, and human rights.

2. Provide safe employment for workers as well as for society, ensure equal opportunities for their workers and not discriminate directly or indirectly in any labor practice.

3. Not benefit from unfair, exploitative or abusive labor practices of its stakeholders.

4. Comply with the environmental laws and regulations inherent to its activity, assuming the responsibilities of the environmental impacts generated.

5. Implement sustainable programs to assess, avoid, reduce, and mitigate the environmental risks and impacts inherent to their activity.

6. Perform fair marketing practices and protect the privacy of consumer data.

7. Attend and listen to the complaints, claims and suggestions of the community, assuming their responsibilities and providing timely solutions.

8. It is the company’s policy and in compliance with the Law, not to link minors through an employment contract or in ordinary days or under any type of modality, except in specific cases of minors through an apprenticeship contract with the approval or approval good of the institutes or entities authorized to work through this contract.

9. In the event that a minor is involved, it will be done by means of an apprenticeship contract, complying with each of the rules that regulate this type of contract.

10. The company Refrigerator of the Coast S.A.S, is respectful of the right of association of its workers consigned in the National Constitution, and since this is a decision of the workers themselves, we emphasize that, during the time of validity of the company, it has not there was any intention on their part to form a union through a union. Their differences or requests are processed directly and socialized between the company and the workers.

12. In order to supervise and prevent any employee of the company from agreeing to offer or receive gifts, the company supervises through management or sub-management that these negotiations take place without any bribery, since this is the principle of the company.

13. The aforementioned points constitute a legal and moral obligation of Refrigerator of the Coast S.A.S. mandatory compliance with respect to social policies, with respect to its workers, minors, the neatness or transparency of their work and the legal or constitutional freedoms observed by the company.
