Cheese sticks
The steps are simple
Step 1
Cut the block of cheese of your choice into pieces of a size similar to the index finger.
Step 2
After beating the eggs, add a pinch of salt and pass the cheese pieces over egg and then the breadcrumbs. Repeat this procedure twice, to create a consistent layer.
Step 3
Then take them to the refrigerator for 20 min to completely seal the breaded cheese pieces.
Step 4
Finally take to the fryer for about a minute, remove the excess oil and serve immediately with the sauce of your choice aside.
Simpler impossible, you will love them!
