
CHICKEN WITH CORN DIP
STEPS
Step 1
Cook the chicken breast in boiling water with salt, pepper and a little olive oil. When fully cooked, chop into dice and crush until a thick paste.
Step 2
Add the AL’FRESCO mayonnaise, drained AL’FRESCO corn and ground oregano to taste, crush again until the consistency of a softer cream than the previous one is achieved.
Step 3
If necessary, add more salt and pepper and crush again to incorporate into the mixture
Step 4
Serve and enjoy with toast, nachos or cookies.
Step 5
You can also put cheese to make it more compact and give it a special flavor.
