
Hawaian Pork chop
PREPARATION
Step 1
In a pan, seal the chops with oil until they have a golden color and remove.
Step 2
Add the onion and garlic in the same pan and cook for a couple of minutes, add the pineapple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup sauce, chipotle, cumin, and cook for 5 minutes or until thick.
Step 3
Return the chops to the pan and place the ham on top of each one, cover with the pineapples and bathe with the sauce constantly to glaze them.
Step 4
Cook 3 more minutes and serve immediately.
