Stroganoff Chicken

STROGANOFF CHICKEN

STEPS

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into pieces and season with the crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a large skillet, place the butter and sauté the chicken for 5 minutes or until it begins to brown.

Step 3

Add the chopped vegetables and cook about 5 minutes over medium-low heat.

Step 4

Add the tomato sauce and the English sauce AL’FRESCO, the cream of milk, the olives and the mushrooms AL’FRESCO, cook for another 10 minutes stirring occasionally, allowing the sauce to thicken a little; rectify the seasoning.

Step 5

To serve, add chopped parsley if desired. Serve and enjoy!
